Welcome to the Hotel Asperner Löwe
The family Hotel Asperner Löwe is situated north of the Danube in the modern and dynamic district Donaustadt. The Hotel consists of two buildings with all in all 67 rooms, which offers you a friendly comfy ambience. Also our parking area offers many parking places for a lot of cars (including Lkws up to 10 m length) as well as a charging station for electric cars typ 2 (11 kW – Juice Box). For a fee, you can now also charge your electric car here.
The entire hotel, including our e-charging station, uses green electricity. Hot water and cooling are generated in an environmentally friendly way using the latest heat pump technology. Each room is equipped with its own room thermostat, which makes it possible to regulate the temperature individually. In the summer months, the room temperature can be lowered by an average of about 8°C compared to the outside temperature, according to the technical standard.
The Uno-City, The Austrian Conference Center, the Vienna fair “Messezentrum Wien”, the Danube-Hospital/SMZ-Ost and the Prater are in the immediate vicinity of our hotel. For nature lovers the national park Donau-Auen and the Danuebe island wih its variets of sports and spare-time offers can be easily reached on cycle paths from our hotel. Also the historical heart of Vienna, the city centre is at a 15 minutes distance with the metro U2.
